These thread cards are inspired by vintage ones from our collection of old haberdashery. Each has a different pattern in the center that reveals itself as you use up the thread.

The concept comes from early linen thread manufacturers who cleverly tucked pictures beneath the thread. It was an early form of marketing, encouraging stitchers to keep sewing to discover the hidden design underneath.
