Sashiko Coaster Set - Intermediate White

If you’ve been intrigued by sashiko but too intimidated to jump in, you’ll want to pour yourself a drink and get your hands on one of these sets!

This set includes a large pre-printed panel that once stitched, can be cut and made into 4 coasters. Both the panels’ design and the cut lines are printed with washable ink that disappear once soaked in water.

Not into coasters? No problem- the 4” squares can also be sewed into pincushions, sachets, bean bags, paperweights, decor objects, and more… the possibilities are endless!

Details:

• Material - 100% cotton
• Finished size - approx. 4” x 4” (10cm × 10cm)
• Instructions have clear multi-step diagrams, but text only in Japanese

To complete the panel, you will need :

• 1 skein of sashiko thread like these variegated ones, or these solid ones. 
• Sashiko needles (or an embroidery needle works fine if you already have one).
