Snow Sashiko Kit

'Tis the season to take your sashiko skills into the snow!

This beginner-friendly kit includes all the necessary materials to create your own unique snowman-designed cloth with sashiko. The design is printed with water-soluble ink so it washes out when you're finished stitching. 

Sashiko is a traditional Japanese embroidery technique that uses small, uniform running stitches (known as "little stabs") to create geometric patterns and designs on fabric. It was originally used for mending and reinforcing clothes but has become a very popular art today.

*Since it only has Japanese instructions, my trick is to simply read the instructions using Google Translate on my phone. It uses your camera to view the instructions and magically shows it on your screen in English - or whatever other language you prefer!
